By hiring me for my services, you agree to the following:
I may refuse a commission if I feel I won’t be able to do it well or I won't complete it in a timely manner. This is to ensure that I only offer services of quality. Don’t take it to heart! I pride myself on doing quality work!
I reserve the right to post any commissions on my social media or portfolio.
The right to post commissions online may change if the client has not released it to the public and specifically informed me about it.
After two years of finishing the commission, I reserve the right to post the commission online.
DO NOT claim the product as something created by you/anyone other than me.
Please credit me with a link back to my Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/zulccm/) if you share it!
This includes cases of cancelled commissions where part of the work has been done already.

Payment
After getting a commission request, I will send the client an e-mail where I state the initial budget.
HALF of the invoice is due before I start the project. This is considered a down payment and is non-refundable.
The other half of the invoice is due after the client approves my initial sketches.
The amount of the second invoice may change based on added services requested by the client.
When negotiating a price, there will be a happy medium between the quote and what I am comfortable doing at that price. If you want to throw a price at me, I can tell you what I can and can’t do!
Changes to the invoice/amount quoted will be made as needed based on add-on services requested by the client/fees incurred and approval to pay the surcharge.
Refunds
If, for any reason, the client decides they do not want the commission anymore, the down payment is not refundable.
You must credit me, as stated above, if any part of the commission/initial process is used/shared anywhere.
